The Foster Grandparents and Retired and Senior Volunteer Program (RSVP) provides a chance to earn a non-taxable stipend while supporting the community by assisting older adults and children.

- Adults 55+; Foster Grandparents must have income at or below 200% FPL to receive the stipend; background check required.
