This program provides both in-person and virtual workshops and classes. It includes a Care Notebook designed to assist in organizing health records. Additionally, there are online and center-based resource libraries where individuals can borrow and receive books by mail.

Fees: There are no charges for resource support and library access, although some training events and workshops may require a fee.
