The Oregon ContraceptiveCare Program (CCare) provides sexual health and contraceptive services aimed at helping individuals identify a contraceptive method that aligns with their needs, body, and lifestyle. Available services may include an annual examination, guidance on birth control options, and sexual health counseling.

Fees: No charges apply.

Who can use this

  • Applicants must be Oregon residents and either US citizens or lawful permanent residents for at least 5 years, with a household income not exceeding 250% of the Federal Poverty Level. Teens under 20 may qualify based on their own income, even if they seek confidential services.
