About this resource
This initiative provides breast and cervical cancer screenings and diagnostics via a network of healthcare providers. It aims to lessen the cancer burden by promoting early detection, risk assessment, education, and connecting individuals to necessary medical treatment.
Intake Procedure: Call to schedule an appointment.
Fees: No cost.
Who can use this
- - Individuals aged 18-39 requiring breast or cervical cancer diagnostic services (as determined by a clinician) - Individuals aged 40 and above needing breast or cervical cancer screening and/or diagnostic services - Must reside or plan to reside in Oregon - Household income at or below 250% of the Federal Poverty Level (FPL) - Must be uninsured or have insufficient insurance coverage - Men of any age showing symptoms of breast cancer qualify for breast and genetic services. U.S. citizenship is not a prerequisite for participating in the ScreenWise program.
