About this resource
The 1st Phoenix Community Center serves neighbors in need through multiple free programs.
Clothing Closet: Open Saturdays 8:00am-12:00pm and Wednesdays 1:00pm-3:00pm. Provides free men's, women's, and children's clothing, seasonal wear, tarps, blankets, and linen to community members in need.
Food Pantry: Open Saturdays 8:00am-12:00pm (please do not arrive before 7:30am). Serves a growing number of community members weekly, with demand increasing due to inflation and cost of living challenges.
Community Dinners: Held the second Thursday of every month from 5:00pm-6:30pm, providing free meals and community connection.
The center partners with the Phoenix Food Project for food donations and relies on grants, individual donations, and volunteers to continue operations. For volunteering or donation information, visit their website or Facebook page.
