About this resource
The offerings include routine physical examinations and sports physicals, treatment for illnesses and injuries, vision and hearing assessments, dental check-ups, blood pressure evaluations, immunizations, mental health services, age-appropriate reproductive health education, routine laboratory tests, prescription medication management, as well as health, fitness, and nutrition education and promotion.
Intake Procedure: Contact us for more information or to book an appointment.
Fees: We accept OHP and select private insurances, with sliding scale fees available. No student will be denied services due to inability to pay.

- All children aged 0-18.
