Provides individual and group counseling for individuals dealing with simultaneous mental health and substance use or gambling issues.
Intake Procedure: Contact to schedule an appointment.
Travel/Location: Located on Main Street/Highway 99 just after the 1st Street intersection on the left, right before the one-way street converts back to two-way traffic. A Rogue Valley Transit District bus stop is in close proximity.
Fees: Accepts OHP and certain private insurance plans, with a sliding scale option available for those without insurance.
