The Oregon ContraceptiveCare Program (CCare) provides sexual health and contraceptive services, guiding you to choose a contraceptive method that aligns with your body and lifestyle. Available services may include an annual examination, guidance on birth control options, and sexual health counseling.

Who can use this
- To qualify, you must be an Oregon resident and a US citizen or lawful permanent resident for at least 5 years, with a household income below 250% of the Federal Poverty Level. Teens under 20 may be eligible based on their own income, even if they request confidential services.
