The program features therapeutic classrooms with low adult-to-child ratios, individualized case management, family support, home visits, parenting education, and group activities aimed at enhancing parenting abilities and fostering healthy child development.

- Children aged 0-5 facing high stress or trauma, and parents with multiple risk factors who find it difficult to care for their children, particularly those from high-risk backgrounds.
