This initiative provides a range of employment and training services designed to support farmworkers, whether seasonal or migrant, in achieving permanent and higher-paying job placements. Services include English as a second language, GED/high school equivalency test preparation, career services, various classes, training programs, on-the-job experiences, skills training, and certifications tailored for farmworkers. Additionally, it offers assistance with job applications and searches, career counseling, financial aid for college, and educational and career services for agricultural workers and their families.
