About this resource
This initiative provides breast and cervical cancer screenings and diagnostics through a network of healthcare providers. It focuses on reducing the cancer burden by promoting early detection, conducting risk assessments, offering educational resources, and facilitating access to medical treatment.
Intake Procedure: Schedule an appointment by phone.
Fees: No charges.
Who can use this
- - Individuals aged 18-39 requiring diagnostic services for breast or cervical cancer (as assessed by a clinician) - Individuals aged 40 and above needing screenings or diagnostic services for breast or cervical cancer - Must reside or plan to reside in Oregon - Household income must be at or below 250% of the Federal Poverty Level (FPL) - Must be uninsured or have insufficient insurance coverage. Men of any age with breast cancer symptoms qualify for breast and genetic services. U.S. citizenship is not a requirement for participation in the ScreenWise program.
