About this resource
The offerings include routine physical examinations and sports physicals, treatment for illnesses and injuries, vision and hearing screenings, dental assessments, blood pressure checks, immunizations, mental health services, age-appropriate reproductive health care, routine laboratory tests, prescription medication management, as well as education and promotion regarding health, fitness, and nutrition.
Intake Procedure: Contact for details or to set up an appointment.
Travel/Location: The SBHC is situated in a modular unit to the north of the Madras High School building, adjacent to the tennis courts, with access from SE 10th St (enter the drive by the tennis courts).
Fees: Accepts OHP, select private insurance, and provides a sliding scale fee structure. No student will be denied services due to an inability to pay.
Who can use this
- Children aged 0-18 and the OHP general public within the school district.
