This program offers comprehensive weatherization services for homes, which includes conducting a home audit and may involve installing insulation, sealing ducts, weather stripping, making health and safety repairs, and replacing outdated appliances.
Intake Process: Individuals can walk in, call for additional details, or visit the website to submit an online application.
Costs: There are no fees associated with the services.
Who can use this
- Household income must not exceed 200% of the federal poverty level, and both renters and homeowners, including those in mobile or site-built homes, are eligible.
Documents you may need
- Proof of income for all household members over age 18, current copy of electric bill, current copy of gas bill (if applicable), landlord's signature (if applicant is a renter), and proof of homeownership (if applicant is a homeowner). Other documents related to the structure and property will be discussed during the audit process.
