About this resource
This initiative provides short-term rental assistance aimed at preventing eviction or covering move-in expenses, such as rent deposits. The medium-term rental subsidies encompass a deposit, ongoing rental support, and access to case management and other supportive services.
To apply, individuals can either visit the website or call for more information. Referrals for medium-term rental subsidies are managed through Coordinated Entry.
There are no associated fees.
Who can use this
- To qualify for all services, applicants must earn at or below 80% of the Area Median Income. Short-term assistance requires proof of need, such as significant income loss or an eviction notice, while medium-term support is for those experiencing literal homelessness or at risk of it, with varying income eligibility.
