Delivers extensive outpatient services for substance use, mental health, and co-occurring disorders, including counseling for gambling issues, partial hospitalization, and day treatment options.
Intake Procedure: Schedule an appointment via phone.
Travel/Location: Situated within the Family Resource Center/Coalition facility. From US199 (Redwood Highway), take a left onto E River Street and continue for about 0.5 miles; the facility will be on your right.
Fees: Accepts Oregon Health Plan (OHP) and private insurance, with sliding scale fees available for those without insurance.
Who can use this
- Outpatient services are open to all; partial hospitalization or day treatment is for those with severe mental illness and substance use disorders.
