About this resource
This service provides comprehensive, patient-focused medical care for both adults and children, including mental health assessments, immunizations, pregnancy testing, prenatal services, and evaluations for drug and alcohol use. Established patients can obtain affordable prescriptions on-site and receive assistance with applications for the Oregon Health Plan and private insurance through the Federal Health Exchange.

Fees: We accept OHP, Medicare, and various private insurances, with sliding scale fees available.
