About this resource
The services provided include routine physical examinations, such as sports physicals; care for illnesses and injuries; screenings for vision and blood pressure; immunizations; mental health support; age-appropriate reproductive health services; routine laboratory tests; ongoing management of prescription medications; and education and promotion of health, fitness, and nutrition.
Intake Procedure: Appointments can be made by calling.
Fees: The service accepts OHP, various private insurances, and offers sliding scale fees. No student will be denied service due to inability to pay.

- Insurance information, if applicable. Income information for those applying for sliding scale fees.
