About this resource
This service provides immunizations for both children and certain adults, including seasonal influenza (flu) vaccines as they become available, along with relevant vaccine information.
Intake Procedure: Contact us for details and to arrange an appointment.
Travel/Location: Situated at the intersection of NW Dimmick and NW A Street.
Fees: We accept OHP and the majority of private insurance plans, with a sliding scale fee structure for those without insurance. No child will be denied service due to an inability to pay.
