About this resource
This initiative features a clean and sober tiny house community consisting of 17 homes designed for short-term housing and case management aimed at assisting individuals in their transition from homelessness. Residents are expected to engage in weekly chores, attend house meetings, and collaborate in a communal living environment. Additionally, they will have weekly sessions with a Mobile Navigator who provides support, helps set goals, and explores further housing options. Participants must adhere to established house rules.
