About this resource

This initiative features a clean and sober tiny house community consisting of 17 homes designed for short-term housing and case management aimed at assisting individuals in their transition from homelessness. Residents are expected to engage in weekly chores, attend house meetings, and collaborate in a communal living environment. Additionally, they will have weekly sessions with a Mobile Navigator who provides support, helps set goals, and explores further housing options. Participants must adhere to established house rules.

Intake Procedure: -Visit the website to download an application or find locations for picking up applications -Completed applications can be submitted via mail or delivered in person at Foundry Village (there's a drop box to the left of the main entrance) -Contact intake for additional information.

Fees: The program entails a fee of $300, a $50 utility charge, and a $250 security deposit.

Who can use this

  • Individuals and couples aged 18 and older who are unhoused; pets are permitted.

  • If selected to move into the village, must provide: -Copy of ID or Driver’s License -Copy of Social Security card -Pay stubs or other proof of income -Medication list (if applicable) -Proof of car insurance and registration (if applicable)
