About this resource
The services provided include regular physical exams, such as sports physicals; care for illnesses and injuries; screenings for vision and blood pressure; immunizations; mental health support; reproductive health services suitable for various ages; standard lab tests; ongoing management of prescription medications; and educational initiatives on health, fitness, and nutrition.
Intake Process: Schedule an appointment by calling.
Fees: Accepts OHP and select private insurance plans. Sliding scale fees are available, and students will not be denied service due to inability to pay.

- Eligibility is for students and staff within the Three Rivers School District.
