Siskiyou Community Health Center

This service delivers primary, patient-focused healthcare for adults and children, alongside mental health assessments, immunizations, pregnancy testing, prenatal care, and evaluations for drug and alcohol use. Established patients can also obtain low-cost prescriptions on-site. Additionally, assistance is provided for applying to the Oregon Health Plan and private insurance options available through the Federal Health Exchange.
