About this resource
The program offers support for electric, gas, and heating fuels such as propane, oil, pellets, and wood. Clients can receive reimbursements for wood and pellets up to a specified limit upon purchase. There is also limited help for reconnecting services that have been disconnected. Payments are made directly to the utility companies and depend on the availability of funds.
Intake Procedure: -To schedule an appointment, call or visit the website -Appointments must be made in advance and are handled on a first-come, first-served basis, up to 30 days ahead -Once applications are completed and processed, a determination letter will be sent, and the utility provider will be informed -Payments may take up to three billing cycles to reflect on the account.
