About this resource
The Coordinated Entry System (CES) links individuals to housing programs and supportive services, which may encompass assistance with housing searches, rent or deposit help, move-in expenses, and subsidized housing options. Additionally, CES can aid in locating food, healthcare, mental health, or substance use treatment, as well as facilitate applications for the Oregon Health Plan or similar programs. Availability of services is limited and varies.

Who can use this
- To qualify for low-income housing, applicants must adhere to income guidelines; for other housing services, individuals must also meet income criteria and be homeless or at risk of losing their housing, with an eviction notice potentially required.
