The program investigates claims of abuse including physical injury, financial exploitation, emotional or verbal mistreatment, forced isolation, wrongful confinement, unwanted sexual interactions, caregiver abandonment, inadequate care, or self-neglect (when individuals are unable to care for themselves due to cognitive limitations, which may result in harm).
Intake Procedure: You can report or seek more information by calling.
Fees: There are no charges.

- Individuals aged 18 and older with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
