This service offers comprehensive patient-centered healthcare, featuring annual check-ups (including gynecological exams), management of both acute and chronic illnesses, pregnancy tests, STD/STI screenings, vaccinations, sports physicals, mental health assessments, health screenings, and help with health insurance enrollment.
Intake Procedure: Contact to obtain information and set up an appointment.
Fees: Accepts OHP, Medicare, and the majority of private insurance plans. Sliding scale fees are also available.
