About this resource
This service offers a variety of dental care options such as cleanings, sealings, fillings, extractions, root canals, crowns, bridges, dentures, oral cancer screenings, and referrals to other dental professionals as needed.
Intake Procedure: You can either walk in or call to schedule an appointment.
Fees: Costs differ depending on the service provided. They accept OHP and Medicare, and also offer sliding scale fees based on income.
Who can use this
- Individuals who are Native American and belong to federally recognized tribes
Documents you may need
- Tribal card or certification from a federally recognized tribe, birth certificate/photo identification such as state issued ID or a driver's license, social security card, insurance cards. Proof of income will be required for those without insurance. Klamath Tribal members or children of Klamath Tribal members residing in Kalmath County must provide a current utility bill or rental receipt with rental contract in order to show residency.
