The services offered include regular physical examinations, such as sports physicals; management of illnesses and injuries; screenings for vision and blood pressure; immunizations; mental health care; age-appropriate reproductive health services; standard lab testing; ongoing management of prescription medications; and education and promotion regarding health, fitness, and nutrition.
Intake Procedure: Schedule an appointment by calling.
Fees: Accepts OHP, various private insurance plans, and offers sliding scale fees. No student will be refused service due to inability to pay.
