This initiative provides valuable resources for unpaid family caregivers. The resources encompass information on available services, help in accessing those services, individual counseling, support groups, caregiver training, respite care, and some supplemental services on a limited basis.
Intake Procedure: For more details, please call or check the website. Information about support groups can be obtained via phone or online.
Fees: There are no charges.
Who can use this
- - Adult family members or informal caregivers caring for individuals aged 60 and older - Adult family members or informal caregivers assisting individuals of any age with Alzheimer’s disease and related disorders - Older relatives (not parents) aged 55 and older caring for children under 18 - Older relatives, including parents, aged 55 and older
