About this resource
This program facilitates quick identification, support, assessment, and treatment for adolescents and young adults who are showing early indications of psychosis. Available services encompass education about psychosis, medication management, individual and group therapy, multi-family sessions, occupational therapy, family support and education, vocational training, life-skills coaching, round-the-clock crisis services, and connections to community resources.
Intake Procedure: Contact for intake
Fees: Accepts OHP, Medicare, and private insurance, with sliding scale fees for those without insurance.
Who can use this
- Individuals aged 12-27 who have experienced a first episode of psychosis in the past year or are showing early signs of risk for psychosis, along with their families.
Documents you may need
- Insurance information, if applicable. Proof of income if applying for sliding scale fees.
