About this resource
This program provides a range of services, including mental health evaluations, counseling, coaching for emotional and life skills, and trauma recovery care. It also offers resources for substance abuse, such as assessments, counseling, anger management courses, relapse prevention, and aftercare support.
Intake Procedure: Schedule an appointment via phone.
Fees: Charges vary by service; accepts OHP, Medicare, and other insurances, with sliding scale fees available.
Who can use this
- Individuals who are Native American and belong to federally recognized tribes.
Documents you may need
- Tribal card or certification from a federally recognized tribe, birth certificate/photo identification such as state issued ID or a driver's license, social security card, insurance cards. Proof of income will be required for those without insurance. Klamath Tribal members or children of Klamath Tribal members residing in Kalmath County must provide a current utility bill or rental receipt with rental contract in order to show residency.
