This program offers a variety of services aimed at older adults and individuals with disabilities, such as assessments, case management, and the administration of SNAP (food stamps), Oregon Supplemental Income Program (OSIP), other Medicaid initiatives, Medicare Savings Programs, as well as providing information and referrals to coordinated services.
Intake Process: You can either walk in or call for additional information. Certain programs may necessitate an in-person or phone interview appointment.
Costs: There are no fees associated.
