About this resource
Summer EBT is a program that offers grocery benefits to assist families in purchasing food for their school-aged children when school is not in session. Each summer, families receive a single payment of $120 on an EBT card for every eligible child to help with grocery expenses. Benefits that are not used will expire 122 days after being issued. A helpline is available for inquiries regarding general questions, eligibility verification, application status, and EBT card assistance.
Application Process: Families can apply for benefits for 2026 at any time by filling out an application.
Cost: There are no fees associated with this program.
