About this resource
Healthy Families Oregon aims to enhance the bond between parents and their children to promote healthy growth and development. Home visitors assist parents in nurturing a positive relationship with their infants during each visit. Parents receive guidance on various subjects such as child development, infant care, and maintaining their baby's health, while also learning about community resources available to support new families. A trained home visitor helps families develop their parenting skills, ensuring their baby remains safe, healthy, and engaged in learning.
