About this resource
This initiative provides breast and cervical cancer screenings and diagnostics through a network of healthcare providers, focusing on minimizing cancer impact through early detection, risk assessment, education, and facilitating access to medical care.
Intake Procedure: Schedule an appointment by phone.
Fees: No charges.
Who can use this
- -Individuals aged 18-39 requiring breast or cervical cancer diagnostic services (as determined by a clinician) -Individuals aged 40 and above needing breast or cervical cancer screening and/or diagnostic services -Must reside or plan to reside in Oregon -Household income must be at or below 250% of the Federal Poverty Level (FPL) -Must be uninsured or have insufficient insurance coverage for their needs -Men of any age with breast cancer symptoms are eligible for breast and genetic services. Citizenship in the United States is not a requirement for participation in the ScreenWise program.
