About this resource
This program provides temporary housing assistance and shelter, with terms ranging from 3 months to 2 years based on individual needs. Participants are paired with a care team that aids them in accessing resources, acquiring skills, and securing permanent housing. Available programs include: -ShelterCare Medical Recuperation -Frequent Users Systems Engagement (FUSE)
