About this resource
This program offers support for rental deposits and rent payments. It is not intended for emergency situations, as the processing time can extend over several weeks or longer. Assistance is contingent upon available funding and is not assured.
Intake Procedure: -Interested individuals should either walk in or call on the first business day of the month to be added to a waitlist -The Housing Coordinator will return calls as soon as possible to discuss potential eligibility for any program openings.
Travel/Location: Head west on Main Street to N Street, then turn right and proceed two blocks to Birch Street. The LTD stop is located at the intersection of Main and N Streets, which is a 2-minute walk away.
Fees: There are no associated fees.
Who can use this
- Individuals who identify as low income.
Documents you may need
- -Documentation of all sources of income for the last 30 days. This can include employment paystubs, verification of cash payments for employment, SSI, TANF, or other benefit letters, alimony payments, etc. -Notices, letters, or other documentation that shows arrears, late payments, or additional proof of risk of homelessness. -Active ID to verify identification and residency
