It includes case management to support youth in obtaining and sustaining stable housing. Additionally, the program assists with employment through resume writing, job skills training, and linking individuals to job opportunities.

- Youth aged 11-21 who are experiencing homelessness, are runaways, or are at risk of homelessness.
