About this resource
Delivers primary care, preventive check-ups, injury treatment, minor procedures, and links patients to mental health and substance use services. However, it cannot assist with signing medical marijuana cards, conducting disability exams, immigration assessments, Department of Transportation evaluations, or other administrative exams, nor does it provide prenatal or pediatric services, including sports physicals, or prescribe controlled substances regulated by the Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA).

Fees: Accepts Medicaid and Medicare, and provides sliding scale discounts for uninsured patients. Services are free for uninsured homeless individuals.
