About this resource
This initiative provides breast and cervical cancer screenings and diagnostics via a network of healthcare providers, focusing on minimizing the cancer burden through early detection, risk assessments, education, and connecting individuals to medical treatment.
Intake Procedure: Schedule an appointment by phone.
Travel/Location: Accessible via LTD bus routes 66 and 67.
Fees: No charges apply.
Who can use this
- - Individuals aged 18-39 requiring breast or cervical cancer diagnostic services (as assessed by a clinician) - Individuals aged 40 and above needing breast or cervical cancer screening and/or diagnostic services - Must reside or plan to reside in Oregon - Household income must not exceed 250% of the Federal Poverty Level (FPL) - Must be uninsured or have insufficient insurance coverage Men of any age showing symptoms of breast cancer qualify for breast and genetic services. U.S. citizenship is not a requirement for participation in the ScreenWise program.
