About this resource
This service delivers patient-focused health care for individuals of all ages, encompassing annual check-ups (including gynecological assessments), treatment for both acute and chronic illnesses, pregnancy tests, vaccinations, sports physicals, mental health assessments, and health screenings. It also aids in enrolling patients in OHP and private insurance through the Federal Health Exchange and provides a prescription assistance program for established patients.

Fees: Accepts OHP, Medicare, and the majority of private insurance plans. Sliding scale fees are offered, and no one is refused service due to inability to pay.
