About this resource
This initiative provides a shelter with minimal barriers and includes case management services aimed at assisting participants in recognizing and overcoming obstacles to achieving permanent housing. Support may encompass employment readiness, access to government benefits, medical assistance, transportation, financial aid, credit repair, and classes on rental literacy.
Intake Process: A referral is necessary through Coordinated Entry. More details can be found on the website.
Cost: No fees involved.
Who can use this
- -Individuals must be 18 years or older, with priority given to those aged 65 and above and individuals with specific medical conditions -Pets are allowed.
