The YMCA's Diabetes Prevention Program offers a comprehensive year-long curriculum with 25 sessions led by a trained Lifestyle Coach focused on promoting healthy eating and physical activity.

Who can use this
- Individuals aged 18 and older who are overweight with a BMI of 25 or higher and have been diagnosed with prediabetes or are at high risk for diabetes.
