About this resource
This initiative provides a range of employment-related services designed to assist homeless veterans in rejoining the workforce. Offerings include training for job searches and placement, preparation for employment, career exploration, and vocational or technical training. Additionally, it supplies information on community resources such as housing, transportation, identification, clothing, computer access, and more.
Intake Procedure: Individuals can either walk into a Job Connection site or call to arrange an appointment for an eligibility assessment.
Fees: There are no fees for these services.
Who can use this
- Participants must be homeless or at risk of homelessness, or have experienced homelessness within the last 60 days, and must have served at least one day of active military duty with a discharge status other than dishonorable.
