About this resource
Habitat for Humanity offers individuals the chance to construct and acquire their own homes. The homes are sold at no profit to homeowner partners, who are required to contribute hours in construction and other related activities.
Intake Procedure: This is an application-based program. For more details, please call or check the website.
Travel/Location: Located off W 11th Avenue.

A 0% down payment is required for closing costs, along with a low-interest mortgage. The specifics of the mortgage will vary based on income, with Habitat ensuring that the monthly mortgage payment (including taxes, insurance, and any applicable condo fees) does not exceed 30% of the homeowner’s gross monthly income at the time of sale.
