Homes For Good Housing Agency Lane County
Community Resource
About this resource
This program provides financial support for rental housing to families with low income in the private rental sector. A family member needs to fill out a housing application and get on a waitlist. Once the family is at the top of the waitlist, their income and assets will be verified to assess eligibility. If eligible, the family can find a rental unit and a landlord willing to lease to them, and the landlord will then enter into a contract with Homes for Good. Homes for Good will cover a portion of the rent based on the family’s income. New families can join the program as openings arise. The program also addresses complaints related to Section 8 housing.
Intake Procedure: Individuals can walk in, call, or check the website for further details.
Fees: There are no fees associated.
