Homes For Good Housing Agency Lane County
Community Resource
About this resource
This initiative provides rental assistance to families with low income within the private rental market. A family member is required to fill out a housing application and be placed on a waitlist. Once the family reaches the top of this list, their income and assets are assessed to determine eligibility. If deemed eligible, the family can find a rental unit and a landlord willing to lease to them, after which the landlord enters into a contract with Homes for Good. Homes for Good then pays a portion of the rent directly to the landlord based on the family's income. New families are incorporated into the program as spots become available. The program also addresses complaints related to Section 8 housing.
Intake Procedure: Individuals can walk in, call, or check the website for further details.
Fees: There are no fees associated with this program.
