About this resource
This service provides counseling for individuals, families, and groups as part of outpatient treatment for substance use disorders, with a focus on methadone and suboxone maintenance, as well as DUII education and rehabilitation. It coordinates care with primary care providers, social services, and the judicial system, and issues monthly progress reports to courts or other referral entities. Additionally, it offers various support services, such as tuberculosis testing, HIV testing, hepatitis C education, and medication monitoring.
Intake Procedure: Schedule an appointment by calling.
Travel/Location: Situated at the intersection of 7th and Lincoln, with LTD bus #51 stopping nearby.
Fees: Accepts the Oregon Health Plan, with monthly fees based on treatment requirements. A sliding scale fee is available, and itemized statements can be provided for submission to private insurance companies.
