About this resource
This program provides financial support for electric bills, totaling $300, distributed as $75 per month over four months. It generally begins in March each year and is funded by Emerald PUD, with administration by the Lane County Human Services Commission. The waitlist usually opens in January and will close once the funding is depleted.
