Lane County Public Health
Community Resource
About this resource
This initiative offers support to pregnant individuals from the early stages of pregnancy up to their child's second birthday, linking new parents with a specially trained nurse who provides assistance, advice, and connections to resources. The nurses conduct health and developmental screenings to detect potential issues related to growth, hearing, social-emotional development, oral health, and other concerns. Additionally, the program provides breastfeeding support, parenting assistance, and general education for parents.
Intake Procedure: Contact for details and to arrange an appointment.
Fees: No costs involved.
