About this resource
This service serves as a resource for individuals with disabilities, along with their family members and caregivers, by offering information and connecting them to service providers, which include governmental, community, private, and non-profit organizations.
Intake Process: To schedule an appointment, please email or call (email is preferred).
Location: LILA is situated at 20 E 13th Ave., at the intersection of 13th & Willamette, directly across from the downtown Fire Station and Buffalo Exchange. A bus stop is conveniently located in front of our parking area, servicing bus routes: 27, 28, 76, 81, 82, 92, and 98.
Cost: There are no fees for this service.
